Pod earrings by Melanie Ihnen. These elegant pod drop earrings are made from layered sterling silver and gold bonded 18 yellow gold.
They measure 19mm in diameter and 30mm long from the hook to the bottom of the pod.
Materials – Sterling silver and gold bonded sterling silver. Gold bonded sterling silver is made when a thick layer of gold is bonded to a base sterling silver core. Please note this is far superior to, and isn’t a plated surface. The fused surface is thicker than gold plating and is a durable and permanent finish not requiring resurfacing.
These earrings are handmade in our Sydney jewellery workshop with high quality materials sourced from local small businesses and suppliers.
Our pieces are thoughtfully packaged in our matt black customised jewellery boxes and carefully wrapped for safe delivery via post.
