We will happily offer an exchange or credit note for items that are returned complete and unused in the original packaging (to ensure protection while in transit). Please email or call us within 14 days of receipt or your item. Customers will be required to pay for return postage.
Refunds are offered on items that are damaged in transit or faulty. We check all the work before posting it to you and make sure the item is securely packaged for posting. Should you receive a work and are not 100% happy with it, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Ihnen Atelier Jewellery will pay for return postage on items that are faulty or damaged in transit.
